Alongside the Heraeus Electronics learning and development offerings such as the Competence Development House, which offers a wide range of more than 500 learning activities in four different categories, our talent program Talents@HeraeusElectronics is another cornerstone of our efforts to foster the continuous personal and professional growth of our employees.
One objective of the Heraeus Electronics talent program is to prepare the participants for future leadership tasks, project management functions and technical expert roles to fill those positions with talents of our organization.
