The Heraeus Electronics Competence Development House

Our commitment to nurturing our employees’ personal and professional growth at all levels and the development of our organization is of great importance to us. This is exemplified through the Heraeus Electronics learning pyramid that comprises the following three levels:


At the base of our pyramid is our comprehensive Competence Development House, our one-stop shop for learning, available for all our employees and offering over 500 learning activities across four diverse categories. It includes e-learnings, digital or face to face training offers, self-study material, learning from and with others, and on-the-job training activities for individuals, teams, and our organization. In general, our learning approach follows the 70-20-10 principle.

Talents@HeraeusElectronics, our talent program, is a cornerstone to prepare internal talent for future leadership tasks, project management functions and challenging expert roles. Through inspiring leadership talks, group learning activities, mentoring, and an individual development plan our talents receive targeted support in their growth.
