Leadership

The Heraeus Leadership Model is the basis for our Leadership culture at Heraeus. It addresses four pillars – business success, the organization, people and each individual. Consequently, it is not only a guideline for managers but also for all of our employees as we believe that everyone’s contribution and ownership is what drives the business and makes us as an organization successful. 

Heraeus Electronics also implemented the Team Effectiveness Framework. It emphasizes a culture of ownership and consists of four different dimensions with the following focus areas:  

  • Direction: Clear communication of strategy and goals are important to ensure commitment and goal achievement.
  • Structure: Clear roles and responsibilities enable effective decision making at the right level. At the same time adequate resources, processes and tools are ensured. 
  • Connection: Open and honest dialogue where everyone´s voice is heard ensure strong relationships and trustful communication that is a basis for an inclusive environment. 
  • Effectiveness: Adequate team capabilities are constantly developed and extended to ensure performance and goal achievement.
