Quality and environmental standards – at the core of our business
To recognize the requirements and expectations of our customers and to meet them, we incorporate our full knowledge into a relationship, based on partnership, to achieve valuable solutions.
In order to ensure stable production processes, quality is already planned during the product development process, using methods such as APQP, FMEA and Six Sigma. Internal procedures are accordingly systematized and continuously improved. Our aim is to achieve "Zero Defects" during the entire life cycle of the product.
Our managers actively promote quality and make a responsible contribution towards the achievement of quality targets. Quality awareness is part of our daily work ethic at Heraeus. Our employees are encouraged and supported through regular attendances at specific educational and advanced training courses.
Our certified production sites maintain certifications in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 14001 for environmental management, and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety.
Heraeus Electronics has been awarded the AEO-F certificate ("Authorised Economic Operator-Full"). This certificate accounts for the German Heraeus business units to be especially trustworthy and reliable members of the international supply chain.
